Mark Turcio

Ordained Teaching Elder in Vanguard Presbytery, serving Jesus Christ since 1989.  I have served in Connecticut, North Carolina, California, Massachusetts. New York, Tennessee, after attending several schools. I have worked on CTV13, NHPATV, Radio, TV and presently planting our first church in southern New England. I am married with 2 children, love pizza, wings, coffee, and enjoy great and deep conversations. Al Baker

Provisional Session

I am ordained in Vanguard Presbytery and have been in the gospel ministry for over forty years. My ministry base of operation is Birmingham, Alabama, serving as an Evangelist with Reformed Evangelistic Fellowship (formerly PEF). I have authored several books and have long been actively involved in foreign missions, as well as traveling extensively around the United States preaching in churches and in the streets. Wini and I have been married since 1975 and have three grown sons, three daughters-in-law and twelve grandchildren.

Wesley Payton

Provisional Session

I am a Ruling Elder at Chapel Woods Presbyterian Church in Snellville, Georgia. I have also been on multiple committees of Vanguard Presbyterian Church including part of the provisional session for Cornerstone.

I am the Superintendent of Walton EMC’s Snellville branch and have been a lineman over 20 years.

My wife Rebecca and I have been married since 2007 and have two sons. We live in Walnut Grove, Georgia.
